Our mathematics teaching is lively, engaging and involves a carefully planned blend of approaches that direct children’s learning. Children are challenged to think. The teacher or practitioner provides children with good support but requires independence as and when appropriate.
The English tuition program for Primary is built around the three interrelated strands of Speaking and listening, Reading and writing. Our program balance and integrate all three strands. Together the strands focus on developing students’ knowledge, understanding and skills in listening, reading, viewing, speaking, writing and creating. Learning in English builds on concepts, skills and processes developed in earlier years, and teachers will revisit and strengthen these as needed.
At ark Tuition Centre, we aim to ask questions, explore their ideas and make discoveries for themselves in our science program. In our class room we create a stimulating environment where practical activities are meaningful and challenging.
